TecSolutions is pleased to announce the release of LCPStat_7, the most recent version of our life care planning software since the original release in 1994.

LCPStat_7 contains enhanced and added features from prior versions. These features include:

 

Revised Complications Database. The new Complications Database allows you to create a unique complications report for each client, and save that unique report for later use.

Special "Code" Field. This field allows entry of various codes such as CPT codes. 

CPT "Lookup". This field allows entry of a CPT codes will display the CPT definition (Short, Medium, and Long).

"Find and Replace". If you need to search in a life care plan table and replace a particular term with another term, LCPStat_7 now has this feature.

New EZ View Screen. New and experienced users will find the NEW EZ view screen to be helpful and user friendly. The improved interface allows easier entry of information. For instance, the Items field has a "pop up list" the user can customize.

Calculator. This allows easier calculation of yearly cost and documentation of how the cost is calculated.

Change User Address, Phone/Fax, City, State, Zip Code and Credentials Without Tech Support. The only item that requires tech support to change is your name.

Ten New Report Formats

Revised Resources Database. The revised Resources Database is an easier to use interface for current and new users. IMPROVED import process from the Resources Database to the life care plan reports.

Import Items from a LCP into Resources Database

User Friendly Interface For Clinical Decision-Making Process. LCPStat_7 does not make any "clinical decisions". You make ALL clinical decisions and maintain full control of all data entered in the program from DAY 1.

 

This product allows the user to print life care plans. LCPStat_7 provides the user the capability to create life care plan templates and begin a new plan with ease and fewer errors.  Pop-up list are editable by the user and the life care plan title can be modified i.e., Life Care Plan - Home Care Option. The LCPStat_7 utilizes file tabs to move from one screen to another.

Main Menu

This screen displays the Licensee's name. The user enters the client's name, date of birth, date of event, and primary disability. This information will print on the Life Care Plan Tables.

Add/Edit

Here, the user has the capability to duplicate an item or delete an item for the life care plan. The user may also add, edit, or delete from fields such as Item/Service, Purpose, Cost, Begin Date, End Date, Vendor, Comment, Allowable cost, etc. Pop-up menus are editable by the user. The user may identify the items on this screen as Home Care, Facility Care, or another option. The user may utilize other fields such as Frequency, Recommended By, and Additional Information.

 List

The user is able to view all items in a particular life care plan in a list view for quick review purposes. The main topics (Area, Sort Order, Item/Service, Begin Date, End Date, Unit Cost, and Cost Per Year) are lettered in red and can be sorted. Begin Date and End Date are sorted chronologically for easy review.

Review

The user finds another Review screen here that lists the Area, Item/Service, Replacement, Begin Date, End Date, Unit Cost, Cost Per Year, Sort Order, and Vendor information. The user can add a new item, duplicate an item, delete an item, or sort alphabetically according to area, or each item within the area.

Printing 

When printing, the user may choose from several Life Care Plan formats including traditional "tables" and a "narrative' table format. Summary costs by (1) area, (2) area with total, (3) area with range, and (4) duration may also be printed.

An Age/Year Table can be printed which displays the client's date of birth, present age, and age in any given year. Age/year does not calculate Life Expectancy.

Summary

Information entered on this screen is optional. The user may type a summary explaining certain costs in the Life Care Plan tables. This information prints automatically at the end of the Summary costs tables.

Advanced Functions

This screen includes spellchecker functions, spelling dictionaries, and the ability to edit dictionary.

Resources Database

This database is a separate file and allows the user to maintain resources (items and services) with unit costs or costs range. The user may identify a numeric Code, specific vendor, vendor address, vendor city/state/zip code/ and vendor geographical location. The user can select the specific items from Resources and import those items into a life care plan.
