1. What is the current version of LCPSTAT software?

LCPSTAT_7  was released in May 2008.

2. Does LCPStat_7 include a manual?

Yes. The manual is provided in PDF format. Also digital video training materials are included.

3. Does TecSolutions accept credit cards or offer a payment plan?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, personal check. We also offer a payment plan.

2 Payment Choices: A single payment OR an initial payment of 50% with the second 50% due one month later.

4. Do I have to sign a "License Renewal Agreement" each year?

No

5. What are the technical support options for users of LCPStat_7?

The Technical Support options are:

a. Pay on per-call basis (we will request your credit card number) at a rate of $3 for each minute phone call; $25 is the minimal cost of a technical support call.

b. Purchase a Technical Support agreement for a fee of $325 year

6. Do I have to purchase the Technical Support Agreement?  

No, the annual technical support agreement is optional.

8. What is the cost of upgrading form LCPSTAT prior versions) to  LCPSTAT_7?

Users that were licensed to use LCPStat Lite 3 in 2003 will recieve a 1/3 discount when upgrading to LCPSTAT_7. 

The regular license fee for LCPStat_7 is $1,500.00. 

9. Is there a GUARANTEE with LCPSTAT?

Yes. The user has 90 days to return LCPSTAT_7 for a FULL refund.

10. Does LCPStat_7 have reports for Medicare setaside?

Yes.

11. Is software training available?

Yes, training is available via the internet. Also, LCPSTAT_7 has numerous digital videos that describe the features of the software.

12. What is the per hour cost of consultation by TecSolutions?

The cost is $175.00 per hour.

13. Can TecSolutions assist with data transfer from prior version. 

In most cases, yes.
